San Jose, Calif. — eBay said today that Shopping.com CEO Josh Silverman will become the CEO of Skype on March 24.
Silverman will report to eBay president/CEO-elect John Donahoe. According to eBay, Skype’s interim CEO Michael van Swaaij will “stay actively involved with Skype.”
Andre Haddad, another eBay veteran, will assume CEO duties at Shopping.com
