Bethel, Conn. – Duracell has announced a business alliance with Vancouver, British Columbia-based Xantrex Technology, a supplier of portable and back-up power products, for a new line of Duracell-branded battery chargers, power packs and inverters utilizing technology developed by Xantrex.
No details on the specific products were given, but Duracell expects the line to become available in June.

It also provides both companies with access to a broader customer base that values the Duracell brand and demands the quality and features offered by Xantrex products,” said John Wallace, Xantrex CEO.
