Salt Lake City — Long-time industry veteran Jim Arnold has been named sales senior VP for home automation systems manufacturer Control4. He will be responsible for worldwide sales activities.

“Jim is a seasoned veteran and his proven background in leading sales organizations, building distribution relationships and increasing revenue make him an invaluable asset to our team,” stated Glen Mella, Control4 president and COO. “His experience will be vital in driving our continued rapid expansion as we accelerate the adoption of home automation and control for the broad market.”

“Control4 is reshaping the home automation industry with its pioneering product lines that provide easy-to-use, standards-based home automation,” stated Arnold. “Our challenge and opportunity will be to continue to build upon the company’s explosive growth and meet the needs of a diverse customer base. I couldn’t be more pleased to join the Control4 management team, which is reshaping the home as we know it today.”
