Chicago - Cobra Electronics said it has partnered with
the Homes for Our Troops organization to donate a portion of its fourth-quarter
sales to the building or upgrading of homes for injured war veterans.

Cobra will donate
proceeds from its CB radios, radar detection and navigation system sales to the
Homes for Our Troops program starting Oct. 1 through Dec. 31.

Homes for Our
Troops is a non-profit organization that provides specially adapted homes for
severely injured veterans at no cost to them.

"Cobra has
been a proud and longtime supporter of our armed forces and our servicemen and
women," said Jim Bazet, Cobra CEO and chairman.

In August 2009,
Cobra introduced a U.S. Army co-branded CB radio.
