Richmond, Va. – Circuit City Stores announced today the declaration of a quarterly dividend of 4 cents per share for its common stock.
Such dividends are payable Oct. 15, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 28.
Circuit City Stores, which operates 652 superstores and 13 other locations in 158 U.S. media markets, will report its fiscal second quarter results for the period ended Aug. 31, on Thursday, Sept. 20.
