CEA Debuts Online CES Hotel Registration

Arlington, Va. - The Consumer Electronics Association has implemented a new online hotel reservation system and it released preliminary numbers stating the show will cover about 1.1 million square feet.

The show, running from Jan. 8-11, is expected to attract 110,000 attendees from 100 countries to visit the 2,000 exhibitors at the Las Vegas Convention Center. To help everyone find hotel space, the CEA has implemented a new online hotel reservation for attendees, said Karen Chupka, CEA vice president of events and conferences. 'One of the ways we are looking to improve customer service is via our new online housing tool,' said Chupka,' By utilizing this new service, CES attendees will have a faster, easier experience when making hotel accommodations for the show.'
