CE Channel To Cover 2007 CES

The Nelson Network will be back at International CES for the third straight year, broadcasting The CE Channel around the clock via cable TV in 35 Las Vegas hotels with over 70,000 rooms, with cooperation from TWICE.

The CE Channel presents interviews and panel discussions with top CE executives and analysts, highlights from keynote speeches and reports from the show floor with updates from the editors of TWICE, publishers of the TWICE CES Daily, the official daily of the show.

The CE Channel will be promoted with tune-in spots on major cable networks airing in those hotels (such as CNN and ESPN), and with ads in TWICE and the TWICE CES Daily.

The Nelson Network, with nearly 10 years of experience producing and delivering broadband video, has developed Hot ICE, the online source for video on Hot Trends and Cool Products for Information, Communications and Entertainment. The Web site, http://hotice.tv, will serve people in these industries, as well as people interested in them, such as early-adopter consumers, said Steve Nelson, president and executive producer.

Coverage on the site has already begun with interviews from the CEA Industry Forum last month with CEA’s Gary Shapiro, Karen Chupka and Sean Wargo, and an interview with TWICE’s Steve Smith.

Potential advertisers for the CE channel include: spot time; text crawl; broadband video on www.thecechannel.com Web site; and spot time on Cox Media in Las Vegas during the show.
