Anaheim, Calif. - Brand Source has launched a new search engine optimization
(SEO) program to help member dealers attract and retain local customers who research
home goods online.
The local web service package is designed to reach customers
efficiently and effectively by using customized criteria and highly targeted keyword
search lists on all major search engines, including Google, Yahoo, Bing, AOL
and Ask.com, the buying group said.
The SEO initiative has daily keyword monitoring, easy online
email and form submissions for potential customers, and phone call tracking,
which are provided to Brand Source members via real-time, password-protected
Bid management software offers the best visibility on search
sites, and monthly status reports summarize campaign activities, the group said.
"According to recent data from Jupiter Research, more than 40
percent of consumers today go online for their media consumption," said Brand
Source CEO Bob Lawrence. "We strongly encourage our members to take full
advantage of this opportunity to reach potential buyers in their local markets
and gain a competitive edge."
Set-up fees are free for one-year campaigns, and
maintenance fees, typically 15 percent of budget, are waived for Brand Source
