Best Buy, Shure Team Up

Niles, Ill. — Shure and Best Buy are partnering on two endeavors that showcase Shure’s line of sound isolating earphones. Best Buy is feature select Shure products in an exclusive endcap for 60 days in its stores and Shure will play a key role in Best Buys’ upcoming All Pro Summit.

The endcaps, in stores from July 31 through Sept. 30, contain only Shure products. The endcaps feature an interactive display, designed to showcase Shure’s E2c, E3c and E4c sound isolating earphones. Shure’s Virtual Sound Lab demos allow consumers to test the earphones first-hand. The company said it can show consumers the differences between sound isolation and noise cancellation technology.

Shure will also showcase its sound isolating earphones at Best Buy’s All Pro Summit, to be held at the Grand Floridian Resort in Orlando, Fla. from Sept. 10-14, 2006. On Monday, Sept. 11, Shure will demo its E3c model for event attendees.
