Atlanta – Bell’O International came to CEDIA Expo with a broad
range of flat panel mounting solutions and A/V furniture models.
Among other products, the Morganville, N.J.-based supplier has
added to its line a heavy-duty articulating-arm mounts designed for very large,
heavy flat panels.
The 7848 articulating-arm wall mount supports TVs up to 70 inches
and up to 200 pounds and can extend them up to a distance of 28.5 inches from
the wall. It is constructed of high-gloss steel in a piano-black finish. Bell’O
added decorative molded black plastic covers to maintain an attractive look,
even at full extension, the company said.
The 7848’s tilting mechanism allows one person to easily tilt the
display with no assistance, Bell’O said, and can be locked for permanent
positioning with an included Allen key that stores in the mount. The mount
expands to accommodate VESA mounting configurations from 300mm by 200mm to
850mm by 650mm. Available now, is has a suggested retail of $499.
New pre-assembled furniture models in Bell’o’s line include the
Pro Bell’O PR-11 and PR-12, part of the company’s wood entertainment
collection.
The PR-12 is a European brown wood and glass A/V cabinet that
accommodates large flat panel screens up to 65 inches or 175 pounds. It holds
six or more A/V components behind deep tinted glass doors and has a hidden
center channel speaker and storage area that allows for remote control
operation. The PR-12 ships assembled and retails for $999.99.
The PR-11 is a contemporary styled cabinet in hand-rubbed
espresso finished wood. It also displays 65-inch TVs up to 175 pounds and six
or more components while allowing remote control operation through dark tinted
glass. The louver door on the center section will hide a center channel speaker
and offers storage or room for additional components. The PR-11 also ships
assembled and retails for $999.99.
Both units come equipped with a cable management system with
interior slots to hide and route wires and interconnect cables. Its air flow
vents provide proper air circulation as well.
In ready-to-assemble home theater furniture, Bell’O is displaying
its new Triple Play line of TV stands.
At the top of the line, the Triple Play TPC-361 features rich
caramel finished wood and tinted glass and accommodates flat panel TVs up to 52
inches and 125 pounds, along with at least four additional A/V components. The
unit offers three options to display a TV. The rear universal swivel mounting
system allows a TV to be suspended above the stand or displayed on a three-shelf
stand-alone table. A third option is hanging the swivel mounting system on a
wall.
Design elements include two drawers for media and other storage,
gray tinted tempered safety glass shelves and a black scratch-resistant
powder-coated metal frame.
The TPC-361 is available now with a suggested retail of $499.99.
Bell’o’s Triple Play TP-4501 is a slightly smaller unit that can
support a 46-inch up to 125 pounds and at least four A/V components, with the
same three options for TV display as the TPC-361. It features a dark cherry
finished wood look frame with black tempered safety glass shelves and black
scratch-resistant powder coated metal. It’s available now at a suggested retail
of $299.99
Bell’o will also have on hand at the show its first Simplay HD
2.0 certified cables, the first HDMI 1.4 cables to achieve certification under
the new Simplay HD 2.0 test spec.
