Belkin Acquires Zensi

Vista, Calif. - Belkin International announced it has acquired Zensi, a
manufacturer of energy-use sensing technology.

The
acquisition marks Belkin's "greater commitment in energy management," Belkin
said, and is part of the expansion of its Conserve energy-management products.

More
products are expected to be added to the Conserve line later this year, which
currently consists of surge protectors and wireless remote switches. Further
product details were not available at this time, a Belkin spokeswoman told
TWICE.
