Avaak Launches Home-Security Beta

Video security company Avaak has launched a beta test for a forthcoming video monitoring product.

For a $50 “participation fee” testers will receive the Vue system, which includes two wireless cameras, a gateway and four mounting brackets. The expandable system allows consumers to monitor their home via the Web.

More details on the Vue Personal Video Network product are forthcoming and the system is slated to ship in April according to the company.
