Almo’s Expo Schedule Begins In May

3/18/2009 11:59:00 AM Eastern

Philadelphia — Almo has set the Consumer Electronics & Appliance Expo schedule for the year, starting here May 5-6.

These regional expositions feature new products, access to free manufacturer training sessions, “door buster show specials,” and one-on-one meetings as well as peer networking events, the distributor said.

The rest of the schedule is as follows: Verona, N.Y., Aug. 10-11; St. Paul, Minn., Aug. 13; Cincinnati, Aug. 19-20; and St. Charles, Mo., Sept. 14-15.

“To help our dealers in these tough economic times, we’ve coined a new motto — ‘Let’s help our dealers sell some product!” That’s why we’ve modified our expo program to include product auctions, more in-depth show specials and vendor-specific buy-in programs,” said Warren Chaiken, president/CEO of Almo.

Registration for the Philadelphia Auction Numbers and show attendance are being accepted now at, where you can find more details.

For those areas not served by Almo’s 2009 Expo schedule, smaller training-only events will be available throughout the year. Interested dealers should contact their account team for more information, the company said.
