Philadelphia - Almo,
the national appliance and CE distributor, has updates on its E4 AV Tour and
mobile electronics events that begin next month.
Almo reported that its first E4 AV training and networking event of the
year, which will take place next week in Irvine, Calif., on April 3, is almost
Additionally, Almo Pro AV will present a new "E4 Education
Ambassador" award to InfoComm's executive director and CEO, Randy Lemke during
the Washington D.C. E4 event on May 18.
The E4 Education Ambassador award recognizes an individual
who has worked to help fulfill the E4 AV Tour's mission of providing high-quality
CTS accredited education to the AV industry.
The E4 Irvine event will take place on Tuesday, April 3, at
the Irvine Hyatt Regency, while the E4 D.C. event is on Friday, May 18, at the
Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center. Both events run from 8 a.m. to
4:30 p.m. and are free, including parking, to Almo Pro AV's reseller,
integrator and consultant partners.

Separately NanoLumens reported that its LED displays line
will participate in Almo's Spring E4 AV 2012 Tour in Irvine and Washington.
This tour will mark the first time NanoLumens will present their NanoFlex and
NanoSlim displays directly to Almo's resellers, integrators and consultants,
the manufacturer said.
Almo also said it will hold Mid-Atlantic Mobile Electronics
Trainings in conjunction with Pioneer's mobile electronics division.
Featured at each event will be Pioneer's new
Reference-series radio and amp along with their extensive line of speakers.
Each event will provide hands-on and formal training programs, Pioneer demo
vehicles, trainer one-on-ones, food and giveaways, Almo said.
