Basking Ridge, N.J. - Verizon Wireless today announced the Motorola Droid 3 is now available at its online store.

The Droid 3 uses the Android 2.3 OS, has a 4-inch display, dual-core 1GHz processor, QWERTY keyboard, a 3G mobile hot spot capability and a front-facing camera.

The phone will carry a $199 price tag with two-year agreement. Customers must also take a $30 per month package delivering 2GB of data. The device will be on sale in stores starting July 14.
