Dallas - Andy Regan, former national sales director of Monster Cable, has joined specialty A/V chain Starpower as Arizona district manager.

In his new role, Regan will manage the Dallas-based retailer and custom integrator's growing Arizona business from its Scottsdale location, and will also focus on future market expansion.

"As Starpower continues to grow, our track record of excellence will hopefully continue to attract the best in the industry," said Starpower CEO David Pidgeon.  "Andy brings tenure and talent to the Starpower management team, and we know that his vast knowledge combined with his extensive experience will strengthen our position in the Arizona market as we expand our business."

Regan has more than 25 years' experience in the A/V industry, beginning as manager of the high-end Sound by Singer and Lyric Hi-Fi audio stores in New York. In addition to his role at Monster, he was also national sales director at Threshold, and served as executive sales VP at AudioQuest and senior sales and marketing VP at NHT, Snell Acoustics and Meridian America.

"I am thrilled to be a part of Starpower, a company that has been a consistent leader in the industry since its inception 15 years ago," said Regan.  "Their attention to the customer is legendary, and my goal is to continue that tradition of excellence in the Arizona region and in future markets."
