Fremont, Calif. — Lexar will ship a 4GB SD High Capacity (SDHC) card in March, the company said today.

The card will feature a speed rating of 133x with a minimum sustained write speed of 20MBps. It will be offered in the company’s professional series of flash-memory cards.

As with other cards in the company’s pro line, the 4GB SDHC card will include a USB 2.0 card reader and an offer to download Lexar’s Image Rescue 3 and Corel Paint Shop Pro X free of charge.

The card will retail for a suggested $149.
