Intel’s Krzanich To Keynote 2015 CES

Arlington, Va. — Intel CEO Brian Krzanich will deliver a keynote at the 2015 International CES, the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) announced Wednesday.

CES will be held in Las Vegas Jan. 6-9, 2015. Krzanich’s keynote is scheduled for 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 6, in the Venetian’s Palazzo Ballroom.

Krzanich will address what’s next in computing innovation, the forces driving the next wave of consumer technology, and the company’s plans for bringing amazing experiences that redefine computing to life, CEA said.

“Intel delivers innovative solutions that power the worldwide digital economy,” said Gary Shapiro, CEA’s president and CEO. “Under Brian’s leadership, Intel is helping to shape this era where everything is smart and connected. We look forward to hearing his vision for the future at the 2015 CES.”

Krzanich was appointed CEO and elected a member of Intel’s board of directors on May 16, 2013. He progressed through a series of technical and leadership roles at Intel, most recently serving as COO.

Krzanich joins Boo-Keun Yoon, president and CEO of Samsung Electronics, and Dieter Zetsche, chairman of the board of management of Daimler AG and Head of Mercedes-Benz Cars, as part of the CES keynote lineup.
