Santa Clara, Calif. - Intel today reported stronger-than-expected demand for its microprocessors so far this quarter.
In response to this uptick, the chip maker will raise its third-quarter outlook and now expects revenue in the range of $8.8 billion. This is up from the $8.5 billion forecast at the end of the second quarter, the company said.
