JVC’s New Earphones Have A Push-Button Remote

Wayne, N.J. — JVC’s newest earphones feature a push-button remote directly on the driver.

The in-ear HA-FR100X, part of the company’s XX Elation line that was initially announced at International CES, have the remote and microphone built into the headphone housing of the 10mm drivers, rather than integrated into the cable as is more commonly found. They have a $59.95 suggested retail and are available in black, silver and violet.

Two on-ear models, both of which also have on-ear controls and the mic built into the ear cup. The Bluetooth HA-SBT200X features AVRCP and A2DP streaming, 40mm drivers, one-touch pairing via NFC, push-button bass boost and 10 hours of battery life. These will come in black for a $149 suggested retail.

The wired HA-SR100X, meanwhile, also have 40mm drivers and will carry a $99.95 price tag. Black, silver and violet colors are available.
