Dallas  - Paragon GPS, a technology developer of GPS/RFID-based consumer and industrial products used for location tracking of people, assets, vehicles and pets, has hired John Harris as its CEO.

Harris is the former president of San Francisco-based Miracle Systems, a consumer products startup, and president/CEO of Rangestar Wireless.
