Valhalla, N.Y. – In an effort to better target the market for photo merchandise, Fujifilm will incorporate the wide format inkjet business unit of Fujifilm Hunt Chemicals, effective April 1.

The move will allow retails and photo labs a “single point of order” for hardware and supplies, the company said.

The wide format product line includes four printers from Epson (the Stylus Pro 4880, 7880, 9880 and 11880) along with inks and papers from Fujifilm. The Stylus Pro 7880 can be directly integrated with Fujifilm’s Frontier Photo Image Controller and Workflow Management software.
