Scottsdale, Ariz. - Jamie Friedman has been named vendor business manager for 12 Volt, Satellite Radio, Home Automation and Cable Zone product categories at Ingram Micro's Consumer Electronics Division (IMCE), DBL Distributing.

Friedman, who was previously business development manager for IMCE's sales team, has 20 years of experience in consumer electronics with a long time focus in the 12 volt and satellite radio sectors, the company said.

In his role as vendor business manager, Friedman will manage all product pricing and selection, assortment planning, vendor management and customer outreach activities.

Prior to joining the distributor Friedman was a buyer at Circuit City, responsible for car sound, car security, satellite radio and car installation services. Prior to that Friedman held several key purchasing positions at The Good Guys, Pep Boys, and Sears.
