nextWest Covina Calif. - E Fun has introduced its latest tablet PC, the Nextbook 7 Premium.

The new model uses the Android 2.3 operating system and supports Adobe Flash 10.1. It has a 7-inch touchscreen, Wi-Fi, a 1GHz processor and 4GB of memory. There is an SD card slot to boost memory capacity. It will carry a $299 suggested price tag.

The Nextbook Premium 7 is the first in a line of higher-end tablets that E Fun will produce, the company said.

Other features include access to the Kobo e-book store, and access to the SlideMe application manager that contains about 3,000 Android apps, OfficeSuite Viewer and Astro File Manager
