City of Industry, Calif. — DXG announced a new flash-memory-based video camera today.

The DXG-572V

The DXG-572V records VGA resolution MPEG-4 video at 30 fps. The 5-megapixel video camera offers a 2-inch flip-out LCD, 32 MB of internal memory, standard SD card slot and is powered by four AA batteries.

The 572V also features a 4x digital zoom and a voice recorder function.

The model ships this month for a suggested $149.
