Columbia, S.C. — Samsung is expanding distribution with Climatic Home Products to strengthen its presence in North Carolina and Tennessee, effective May 1.
The two companies “have enjoyed a successful relationship since partnering in 2005 to support Southeastern dealers with a full line of robust home appliances,” the distributor said in a statement.
Doug Allen, president of Climatic Home Products, said, “We are determined to provide them with the attention and care that will help them position Samsung products to be profitable for them and make their customers extremely happy with the quality and value.”
Tad Schimmelpfennig, home appliance sales VP for Samsung Electronics America, said, “This realignment in the states of Tennessee and North Carolina allows us to better utilize existing infrastructure to service our independent dealers better. This realignment strategy ensures quick and easy access of Samsung Home Appliance products to a greater number of independent retailers.”
This expansion will bring Climatic Home Products’ territory to a total of nine state: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
