Philadelphia - Stream TV Networks said it has teamed with D&H Distributing for its new mobile tablet, announced last week.

 D&H will distribute the 7-inch eLocity A7 tablet, which runs the Android 2.2 OS and is the first tablet to do so, according to Stream TV. The tablet measures 8.2 inches by 4.8 inches and has a multi-touch screen.
