Cypress, Calif.—Clarion Corp. announced it has moved its headquarters from Gardena, Calif. to a new facility here.

The company’s new address is 6200 Gateway Drive, Cypress, Calif. 90630.

Clarion’s parent corporation in Japan has entered a basic agreement with Hitachi, which could lead to the purchase of Clarion (Hitachi Signs Deal To Acquire Clarion). On Oc. 24, Hitachi commenced a tender offer for shares of Clarion.

The move to new headquarters by Clarion Corp. of America is unrelated to the potential purchase, said a spokeswoman.
