Minneapolis - Chief unveiled a program that configures and delivers Chief rack systems preloaded to a users' specifications.

The program, RackBuilder Delivered, features an online app that lets consumers visually configure their custom rack solutions. A load diagram is generated that's used for ordering.

Features of the app include product guides, drag-and-drop editing, pricing, the ability to save and email configurations, and a third-party components compatibility database. The SpecBuilder automated collection option gathers all necessary DWG, CAD and related documents, Chief said.

Orders are then processed, preloaded and repackaged in Chief's warehouse, and shipped to the customer.

The program is currently available and free to all Chief customers.
