Arlington, Va. — The Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) is lauding today’s launch of an online job bank for the travel and tourism industry.

The free job bank, located at www.katrinajobs.org, was developed by the Travel Industry of America to help workers displaced by Hurricane Katrina find employment.

“As the world’s largest consumer technology tradeshow, we rely on the work of the travel and tourism industry,” said Karen Chupka, CEA’s VP/events and conferences. “The International Consumer Electronics Show [CES] is proud to support this humanitarian relief effort.”
