New York - The Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) will be holding a memorial service next month for Neil Terk, 55, chairman of Terk Technologies, who died May 5 after a long battle with lung cancer.

The memorial service will be held for Terk at 10 a.m. June 4 at the Museum of Television & Radio, 25 West 52^nd Street, here.
