Lake Success, N.Y. - Canon USA and eGain said Tuesday that Canon has selected the eGain 10 software suite to provide multichannel customer call center service support in a variety of languages.

eGain said Canon will use the software to provide service in a variety of languages (English, French, Spanish and Portuguese) from the same deployment.

The solutions include the following applications:

  • Gain Chat offering proactive and reactive chat exchange;

  • Gain Mail for email response management;

  • Gain KnowledgeAgent for contact center knowledge management; and

  • Gain SelfSerive for customer web self-service.
