HTSA Expands Vendor, Membership Ranks

Home Technology Specialists of America (HTSA), the buying group for specialty retailers and custom integrators, has opened its books to new manufacturers and members.

New brands joining the HTSA roster include European Audio Team (turntables and accessories);  Peachtree Audio (amps, DACs); Roon Labs (music management software); SurgeX (power products); and Luxul (IP networking gear).

“Although each of these brands address different product and service segments, they all have a common thread,” the group said. “Each represents a high-end, high-performance alternative as compared to other brands.”

Meanwhile, on the member front, six new dealers have joined the fold, each, said HTSA, a leading integrator in their respective communities. They are:

   *Audio Den, Lake Grove, N.Y.
*Gilmore’s Sound Advice, New York, N.Y.
   *HED South, Hollywood, Fla.
   *Maximum AV, Tampa, Fla.
   *Iconic Systems, Houston
*ATI America, North Salt Lake City, Utah

In a statement, HTSA executive director Jon Robbins said the group’s strict criteria for brand and membership expansion has yielded “record-level performance with our vendor partners” and has attracted “the top dealer talent in the U.S. today.”

All are convening this week at the group’s Spring Conference at San Diego’s storied Hotel Del Coronado.
