Santa Clara, Calif. - BlueAnt Wireless has appointed David Hogan as the company's CEO.

Taisen Maddern, founder of BlueAnt, previously held the CEO title. Maddern will remain the executive chairman.  

Hogan reportedly has 20 years of telecommunications and wireless experience, and has held positions with Jabra and USA Wireless Solutions.  

He will be based in BlueAnt's Chicago office.
