Torrance, Calif. - Auto Page said it will offer a range of promotional material and incentives to time with the shipping of its C3 Hybrid remote starter.

The device, which is two years in the making and was supposed to ship last year, ships on March 5. 

Auto Page is offering consumer brochures, banners, standees and t-shirts. It has also updated its website.
