Sonus To Hold SWAT Storm

Clarksville, Tenn. — Sonus Car Audio will host a series of 12-volt training programs April 20-21, put on by members of the newly formed Strategic Weapon Advanced Techniques (SWAT) team.

The team, although not associated with any trade groups, consists of four longtime members of the 12-volt industry: Del Ellis, Micah Williams, Jason Kranitz and Ray West.

“The four of us, experts from across the nation, thought this would be an awesome idea to put together,” Ellis told TWICE, noting that several of them have won awards from the Mobile Electronics Retailers Association. The training is designed for retailers looking to combat showrooming and increase sales.

Ellis said they chose Sonus because it is centrally located and “one of the nicest-looking retail stores in the 12-volt industry …  Attendees will get a lot of ideas on design for their own store once they walk into the doors of Sonus Car Audio.”

The fee to attend the SWAT training is $999 per person, but package opportunities are available for groups, as are discounts. Only 10 people will permitted in each session. For more details, contact Ellis at (559) 259-2932.
