Major Consumer Electronics firm seeks experienced training and brand/marketing manager. Candidate must have 10 years experience in the electronics field. Mobile Electronics background a definite plus. Position includes but is not limited to developing and maintaining company wide training initiative including building training vignettes for 12 volt products. Conducting in person training sessions. Travel to nationwide customer base of retail customers to determine field wants and needs for merchandising and sales support. Planning promotions. Develop the Creative Briefs for Marketing Department use for the creation of all marketing materials distributed to the field. Drive the messaging for same (with product manager input).
