Vice President of Sales
l 15+ years of experience in CE sales/marketing with a minimum of 5 years in senior level management.
l Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
l Experience selling into retail some type of CE accessory product or non-mainstream CE product.
l Proven leadership ability to develop a sales team and drive sales growth.
l Outstanding sales management & selling skills along with strong decision making skills
l Strong knowledge of strategic business planning, process & executor
l Needs to be results oriented – passionate about making things happen vs. over-analysis
l P&L driven focus with ability to develop and meet operating plans. Strong sense of balance sheet issues, including how much capital is employed to drive profit.
Vice President of Global Marketing
l Must have 15+ years of hands on Marketing experience in the mobile accessory industry.
l Marketing degree or MBA required and must have a strong background and knowledge of consumer electronics or mobile accessory products.
l Strategic/integrated marketing orientation with the ability to problem-solve.
l A strong leader & high level collaborator for Global Brand awareness
l Marketing creator – utilizes current and varying tools, approaches and creative plans; execution driven with exceptional organizational skills.
l Solid experience with digital marketing and social media tools.
l Strong presentation ability, including delivering recommendations from trend research and analysis.
l Excellent time management for multiple/simultaneous products lifecycle management & roadmap control.
l Assesses market, consumer preferences, trends, and competitive products.
l Ability to act as company representative for external brand positioning, including w/ PR communication.
Category Director (Audio, Earphone/Headphone, Power categories)
l 10+ yrs. experience in a Product Management role in consumer electronics, specifically in audio, earphone/headphone, and power accessory categories. Developing the market requirements, full product life cycle, product development-plan, sales support and financial goals.
l Involves Global Product Marketing, Brand management, Sales management, and Business planning with process management.
l Self-motivated, Goal-driven, Results and Detail-oriented, diligent with a strong work-ethic; uncompromising loyalty needed.
l A strong Process owner of global product development system.
l In charge of product strategies incorporating company’s brand DNA & product portfolio management.
l Must be very organized and have exemplary time management skills, and must possess critical problem-solving skills, strategic thinking and creativity.
l Strong P&L management experience for assigned product line.
