DESCRIPTION
Maxell Corporation of America seeks well accomplished sales professional to head up its consumer electronics sales effort with particular emphasis on accessory related items.
Will manage all functions of Consumer Product sales (including administrative, forecasting and budgeting) for the United States. Will have P&L responsibility managing account specific promotion funds.
Duties include generating profitable revenue and sales, managing forecasting and controlling budgets and expenses. Will manage field managers and independent reps, maintain trade relations and assist in the creative positioning of Maxell products and retail pricing. Will work closely with each support discipline within the company from inventory planning to procurement to sales and customer service.
Should have proven sales level of accomplishment in the consumer electronics field with a track record of mentoring and motivating internal field Sales managers as well as independent reps.
