Amazon Limiting Non-Prime Access To Select Games And Films

In a further effort to steer customers toward its $99/year Prime membership program, Amazon won’t sell certain movies and video games like “Birdman” on Blu-ray and “Grand Theft Auto V” for PlayStation 4  directly to non-members, although they can still be purchased from third-party sellers.

“Amazon won’t sell customers who aren’t Prime members certain video games and movies. One of the benefits of Amazon’s Prime program is that it gives members exclusive access to some items. This selection includes a rotating roster of popular video games, Blu-rays, and DVDs.”
