ADL Honors Baxter, Frank & Law

NEW YORK —

The Anti-Defamation League’s
(ADL) National Consumer Technology Industry honored
Tim Baxter of Samsung Electronics, Tim Frank
of Conn’s and Bob Law of Sirius XM Radio during
its annual awards tribute and dinner dance at the
Grand Hyatt, here, on Saturday night.

The event drew more than 450 top manufacturing,
retail, distributor and other industry executives
from around the country, with donations going to
the ADL.

Baxter, president of Samsung’s consumer electronics
business division, received ADL’s American
Heritage Award from his father Jerry Baxter.

Frank, CEO/president of Conn’s, received the Patricia
Rienzi Legacy Award from the retailer’s chairman
William C. Nylin, Jr.

And Law, group VP and GM of Sirius XM Radio’s
aftermarket division, was presented the S. David
Feir Humanitarian Award by Jim Meyer, operations
and sales president of the company.
