Continuing the steep decline in GPS pricing, ViaMichelin, a new U.S. navigation brand, announced at International CES that it dropped the price of its full-featured, entry-level portable navigation device (PND) to $199, marking one of the lowest suggested retails for its class.

The ViaMichelin X-930 previously sold for a suggested retail of $299. It offers preloaded maps of the United States and Canada and has a 3.5-inch touch-screen display.
