WASHINGTON — XM Satellite Radio and Sirius Satellite Radio are now being offered in select 2003 Nissan vehicles, which are beginning to arrive at car dealers. Both XM and Sirius are offered as an option on the 2003 Nissan Pathfinder SUV, which is now at dealerships, according to XM. Both services will also be available on the 2003 Infiniti I35 luxury sedan, the Infiniti Q45, M45, G35 sedan and coupe, and FX45, said the companies.
LONG BEACH, CALIF. — Accele is shipping a new DVD player with MP3 capability, which also has a 360-degree mounting system. The model DVD8000 ships with a unique sleeve that allows it to fit in any DIN-sized opening, under seats, or vertically, in a center console, the company said. It also has a built-in three-way A/V switcher with front game inputs and dual stereo headphone outputs, and a front connector for a female cigarette lighter adapter so that it can supply power to a video game console. Accele expects to ship the DVD8000 at the end of September at a suggested retail price of $595.
