All ship in the fourth quarter along with a new stereo integrate amplifier. Prices haven’t been revealed.
Indianapolis – Dana Innovations is expanding its selection of 70-volt Sonance Landscape series (SLS) that do double duty as in-door commercial speakers, as well as adding a new 8-ohm outdoor audio system reaching a more accessible price point.
Both systems are targeted to ship by the end of the year.

Oakdale, Minn. – TDK Life on Record plans October shipments of its first four Bluetooth speakers to complement its premium lineup of iPod/iPhone-docking boomboxes and tabletop audio systems.
The four models, shipping in October at a suggested $249 to $399, include portable AC/DC models, and all are capable of streaming the Bluetooth SBC codec and the higher quality AAC codec over a wireless Bluetooth pipe. Apple’s Mac OS computers and mobile iOS devices support AAC over Bluetooth.
Tempe, Ariz. — Lightning Audio said it will begin shipping in the fourth quarter the recently introduced LA-TWO subwoofer series.
Four models are offered: 10-inch and 12-inch, with each size in 2- and 4-ohm configurations. Features include stitched tinsel leads to reduce mass, stress and strain over a greater area; a 2-inch voice coil venting to help eliminate thermal issues and increase power handling; high-density poly-foam surround; and anodized-aluminum voice coil former with spun-laced Nomex collar.
