Kodak Moments (Frenzied Old Man Edition)

January 3, 2007

Kodak has released a rather amusing internal infomercial onto YouTube hoping to drum up excitement for its forthcoming digital cameras. While it doesn’t mention any specific models, it does touch on several technologies — like GPS and facial recognition — that the company has been hinting at for several years now.

It also contains a lot of the same themes found in some earlier executive keynotes —like this one delivered last year by president Antonio Perez at CES — that despite, or rather because of, the company’s past, it is still relevant in the digital future.
