Louisville, Ky. — The Global Warranty and Service Contract Association (GWSCA) is conducting an online survey to address commonly experienced questions, problems and trends facing the warranty industry.
The trade group is soliciting input from vendors, retailers, distributors, insurers and third-party administrators, and will use their survey responses to formulate programs and proposed solutions.
The survey, available here through Nov. 17, is being conducted for GWSCA by Fulcrum Analytics.
Formerly the Institute of Warranty Chain Management, GWSCA is a non-profit, volunteer organization comprised of industry practitioners from all parts of the warranty and service-contract-value chain. For more information, visit GWSCA.org.
