Simi Valley, Calif. — Volutone Distributing has opened their seventh location, a self-shop facility, located in Irvine, Calif.
Volutone is expanding throughout Southern California, and it has seen steady growth in the custom-integration channel, with additional growth from their expanded categories/product lines secured in 2012 and so far in 2013.
Trevor Hansen, president of the distributor, said, “Volutone is already a leader in A/V distribution, and with additional category offerings such as intrusion, surveillance, networking and commercial A/V technology. Our new self-shop model, which is currently being integrated into all of our locations, will also include, dedicated sound and training rooms, expanded hours of operation and additional customer choices, all while maintaining our superior customer service, which continues to drive us apart from the competition.”
Volutone, which is a member of the PowerHouse Alliance, said its Irvine location is one block off of the No. 5 freeway.
