Irvine, Calif. — Vizio this week received J.D. Power and Associates’ ranking as the Highest in Customer Satisfaction with HDTVs, the TV marker said.
The achievement was listed in J.D. Power and Associates’ 2012 HDTV Satisfaction Report, which indicated the company ranked highest across six factors, including performance, reliability, ease of operation, paid price competitiveness, styling, appearance, variety of features and warranty.
“We’re thrilled to add such a well-respected award to our accolades,” stated Matt McRae, Vizio chief technology officer. “The Highest in Customer Satisfaction in HDTVs ranking from J.D. Power and Associates is a demonstration of the superior HDTVs that put us on the map. We’re excited to continue developing products that place the latest quality technologies in consumers’ hands.”
Vizio said its Dakota Dunes, S.D., contact center played “a large role in the brand’s customer satisfaction success.”
The center helps users better understand their technology and provides troubleshooting solutions.
