Anaheim, Calif. — Bag maker Targus Group International announced it has acquired Sena Cases.
Sena will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Targus and will “operate under the Sena brand and under the leadership of its founders,” according to a statement from Targus.
Sena positions itself as a luxury brand and includes the Michael Kors and Dylan George licenses.
“Targus is dedicated to maintaining the product experience and unique brand relationship Sena has with its customers and partners,” said Michael Hoopis, president and CEO of Targus. “We are thrilled that the Sena leadership team led by Ramsey [Oten] and Fevzi Oten will continue to steward the Sena brand.”
