Reston, Va. — ServicePower Technologies has launched a website that enables retailers, vendors and warranty companies to quickly locate and dispatch dependable delivery, installation and repair teams.
The site, Servicers.com, is a Cloud-based software-as-a-service application that leverages ServicePower’s field-management platform and nationwide network of third-party servicers.
The technician database is comprised of independent service and installation companies, as well as individual technicians. For quality assurance, each technician must submit to a background screening and drug test performed by LexisNexis.
The site also provides detailed information on each servicer, including contact details, training, certifications, licensing, photographs of technicians and their vehicles, plus individual ratings crowd-sourced from previous customers.
“Servicers.com provides vetted servicers to jobs that need to be completed quickly and with high standards,” said ServicePower CEO Mark Duffin. “It’s like eBay for service jobs — customers select their need, a qualified servicer completes it, and then the customer honestly rates their experience.”
